Deliveries and ReturnsDelivery ServiceRoomy Riders uses Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as its delivery service. This service aims to delivery your order within 48 to 72 hours of despatch. This service is a trackable service so customers who have placed an order will receive by email a tracking number on the day of despatch for their order that can be tracked within the Tracking facility at Refunds & ExchangesWhilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand there are times when goods need to be returned for exchange or refund. RefundsIf the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
