Delivery Service

Roomy Riders uses Royal Mail Tracked Delivery as its delivery service. This service aims to delivery your order within 48 to 72 hours of despatch. This service is a trackable service so customers who have placed an order will receive by email a tracking number on the day of despatch for their order that can be tracked within the Tracking facility at

Refunds & Exchanges

Whilst aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers we do understand there are times when goods need to be returned for exchange or refund.

Refunds

If the problem is due to faulty or damaged goods you will be offered a full refund or an exchange (subject to availability) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

All other refunds will be processed (excluding postage and packing) provided the goods are sent back in their original packaging and are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

In the event of ordering the incorrect size then we will gladly exchange (subject to availability) the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. When returning items please enclose your original order details and your requirements with regard to exchange or refund.

Roomy Riders will try to complete exchanges/refunds as soon as possible but please allow 5 working days from receipt of returns for processing.
